If body temperature rises above the 40 degree Celsius, it can even damage your vital organs.

1. Onion Juice

It is one of the best remedies for treating a heat stroke. Lots of Ayurvedic practitioners suggest that this should be the first thing that you must reach out for.

Apply onion juice behind the ears and on the chest can help bring down your body temperature.

For therapeutic purposes, onion juice is more desirable, but you can roast some raw onions with honey and cumin and have it. Raw onions in salads can also cool your system.

2. Mango Panna
