1. Enhance “Shukra dhatu” in the Body
It is important to enhance “Shukra dhatu” to increase the reproductive capacity and health of both men and women. Many foods and herbs specifically enhance the “Shukra dhatu” in both men and women and are known as vrishya. They include foods items like broccoli, asparagus, milk and dates.
